When goods are delivered outside of the EU by Ecotiki Limited, these may be subject to freigh, taxes and duties or other charges depending which are imposed by local legisation. The recipient of the goods is responsible for all customs formalities at importation, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we are sorry that we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advice doing research on the the country’s customs, taxes, and policies before placing your order outside of the EU.
Addtional shipping information
- Please note you may incur an additional international transaction fee from your bank. Rates will vary based on the indivudual bank. Chargesw will appear seprately on your statement
- We are not able to delivery to PO Boxes
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't offer you a refund.
Refund Requirement Shipping items
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged

Process and shipping item(s)
To process your return item(s), you need to send email to email@example.com. Please note that customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. Currently, we do not offer free shipping.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
Please be aware that we'll only process your refund once the item has been returned to us and checked by our specialist; this can take up to 14 days
